There is rumor that in about 18 months there will be a Housing Shortage.

Why?   Because the Baby Boomers have children who are maturing soon and will be needing housing.   And, due to the economy that we have been experiencing since 2007, we will have a shortage since the Builders have almost stopped building new homes, as they used to.

How is this important for YOU?!

If you currently OWN a home - you may want to make sure to keep it for at least 18 months, so that the economy turns around and becomes a Seller's Market.  You'll get a much better price for your home, if you can wait.

If you do NOT currently have a home and you can afford it - have an Agent help you to find one NOW, while the rates are low AND the pricing has become affordable.  Do NOT wait for the 18 months to approach and then panic when you see the prices increase with demand!!!
